To find good people takes time, effort, patience, and a reliable process that narrows applicants to the best candidates, before you invest any time, interviewing them. This is what we do.

Our 7 Step Process filters out the best candidates from a campaign and gives you one or two of the best applicants to interview for the position. You then interview the applicants, to see if they fit what you’re looking for and if you’re happy with the selection, you “put them on”.

If not, then we will keep going, until you find someone you are happy with. If the new recruit leaves within 90 days from commencement we will replace them free of charge*.

  • Follow Up – We stay in touch with you and the applicant to ensure that everyone is happy and we can facilitate discussions, if any issues arise.

Fixed Price Fees – We quote you the price of the recruitment fee up front, so you can budget the project accurately from the start.

We offer payment plans! That right! You can get your applicant now and pay for them over 12 weeks. This way, the applicant pays for our recruitment fee themselves (through their productivity) and they are cash flow positive from day one.

3 Month Replacement Guarantee – The candidate will be covered by our 90 day replacement guaruntee, to protect our clients investment in recruitment services.
