Doms Plant Repairs is a fast-growing Sydney-based company who are seeking qualified Crane Technicians or Heavy Duty Vehicle/Diesel Mechanics to join our team.
This position is a full-time role with a standard 38-hour week with a fixed roster consisting of day
and arvo shifts with ample overtime opportunities.
A recruitment bonus will be given to the successful candidate(s), along with a competitive hourly rate of $43-$55 (depending on experience)+ penalties + shift allowance + meal allowances on offer for the right candidate.
This role will see you being responsible and accountable for providing high-quality workmanship on all our client’s cranes and vehicles, this is including all services and repairs.
You will be self-motivated with a good level of autonomy and exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Franna / Tadano / Liebherr / Demag / Grove / Kato Experience desired.
- Trade qualifications in Mobile Equipment Fitting / Plant Mechanics or relevant Motor.
- Trade qualifications (certificate IV or higher).
- Electrical Experience with mobile cranes.
- Mechanical and Hydraulic fault diagnostics.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to gather and present job reports/findings in a professional manner.
- A minimum of LR Drivers’ licenses is required.
