Qualifications:
• Trade qualified Electrician preferably with a related Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar panel system design, installation, and maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of solar panel technologies, installation methods, and maintenance practices
• Proven experience in assessing and documenting solar panel damage for insurance reporting
• Familiarity with insurance claim processes and requirements in the solar industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
